Our Leadership Team
At FACC, we are grateful for a team of committed leaders who faithfully serve and guide our church family.
The team is headed by Pastor Becipe. He works together with our associate pastor, Pastor Sanny, youth and young adult leader, Brother Nolan, and children's ministry leader, Pastor Joemar. They are united in their mission to lead FACC in fulfilling its calling — to know Christ, grow in Him, and make Him known.
With hearts rooted in prayer and a passion for discipleship, our leadership team works together to cultivate a Christ-centered community through meaningful worship, biblical teaching, and active service. Their shared vision is to see lives transformed by the Gospel and empowered for God’s purpose.
Our Beginnings
FACC was formed in 1991 when the Baptist General Conference (now Converge Worldwide) called Rev. Gonzalo Olojan to work toward providing a place of worship for residents of the Twin Cities with a special interest in serving the needs of expatriated Filipinos.
